Athens Apartments (Athenstay Apartments): Modern, fully equipped, and centrally located apartments and studios in strategic areas of Athens (including Kypseli and Cholargos), specifically covering Athens Stay 15, 20, 30, 35, 40, and 50. They are ideal for city breaks, tourism, business travelers, or digital nomads.

Agiokampos Resort (Evia Villa): A luxurious, private 150 sq.m. villa built on a 1,200 sq.m. plot in Agiokampos (Northern Evia), just 50 meters from the sea, designed for families, groups, or couples seeking ultimate relaxation and privacy.

🔑 Reservations, Check-in & Check-out
How do the Check-in and Check-out processes work?
For your comfort and flexibility, all our properties operate via a secure Self Check-in / Check-out system using smart locks or secure key boxes. Prior to your arrival, you will receive detailed instructions via email along with your personal access code to collect your key independently. Upon check-out, you simply place the key back into the keybox.
What are the official Check-in and Check-out times?

Where can I find the best and most competitive rate?

What is the cancellation policy?

Non-refundable rates: The amount is non-refundable. However, a change of dates is possible upon consultation, provided the request is made at least 14 days prior to arrival.

Is parking available at the Athens properties?
Our accommodations in Athens do not have private on-site parking spaces. However:

Athens Stay 15, 20, 30, 35, 50: Guests can use commercial private parking garages located very close to the properties for an extra fee.

Athens Stay 40 (Cholargos): There are no private parking garages in the immediate area, as Cholargos is an exceptionally safe residential neighborhood where street parking is free, easily accessible, and secure.
Is parking available at Agiokampos Resort in Evia?
Yes! Agiokampos Resort features a spacious, private, and secure on-site parking area that can comfortably accommodate up to 5 cars free of charge.
🧹 House Rules & Cleaning
How often is cleaning provided during long stays?
For longer stays, we offer a complimentary full cleaning service along with a complete change of all linens and towels every 4 to 7 days. This service is provided upon request and prior arrangement with our team.
Are pets, smoking, and parties allowed?

Pets: Generally not allowed. However, we show flexibility for small pets. Please contact us to discuss your request before booking.

Parties/Events: Strictly prohibited across all our properties.

Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is allowed exclusively on balconies and outdoor garden areas.
